The V Series range is a
flush mounted electrical wiring accessories range. The
front plates and modules are made high-impact
polycarbonate, a tough and durable engineering
thermoplastic material. The plate has a high gloss
surface finish.
The plate can be mounted either in vertical or
horizontal position. Both mounting holes are elongated
for easy alignment and installation. The sockets are
supplied as complete assembled whereas the switch
modules are supplies separately for installation
flexibility. Products comply with IEC and British
Standards.
Innovative
front-loading modules The innovative front fitting switch modules
of V series are clipped into a patented face
plate and can only be removed by using a special
module ejecting tool. Modular system provides
versatility.
High quality
gloss finish All cover plates features an unobtrusive,
aesthetically-pleasing gloss finish which is
practical and easy to clean.
Modules resist
frontal impact V series switch modules cannot be pushed
back into the mounting box if they are struck or
pushed from the front. Made of polycarbobate, a
high-impact engineering resin.
V series
utilising versatile 1500 series modules Can be produced with customised marking,
symbols and colours for special applications.
International
Standards The V series are manufactured to IEC and
British Standard in an ISO 9001 enviroment.
Materials Use high impact polycarbonate resin which
does not shatter or chip on impact as in the
case of traditional urea resin. The resin is
flame retarding thermoplastic which does not
burst into frame when exposed to fire. It also
has ultra violet stabiliser which inhibits
discoloration and degradation.
10AX switch
rating As the V series utilises the proven 1500
Series mechanism, light switches are rated at
10AX fluorescent.
