PDL's 1500 Series - the world's first front-fitting modular system of British Standard electrical wiring accessories, designed for maximum installer versatility, specifiery reliability and end-user safety. The flush mounted 1500 Series from PDL includes 5A, 13A and 15A switched and unswitched socket outlets and modular lighting switches plus specialist communication and illuminated modules. Also included in the range are ceiling switches, key card switched and a shaver socket. PDL's 1500 Series is moulded from a high-impact polycarbonate formulated exclusively for PDL, giving a contemporary gloss finish that is stylish while being extremely wear-resistant in all domestic and commercial situations. PDL's 1500 Series switches comply with BSEN 60669 Pt.1: 1998 and BS 3676 Pt1: 1996. Socket outlets comply with BS 1363 Pt2:1995 and BS 546:1950. Innovative front-fitting modules The innovative front-fitting switch modules of PDL's 1500 and 1700 Series are clipped into a patented face plate and can only be removed by using a special module ejecting tool.			4. 10AX switch rating The switch modules for the 1500 Series flush mounted and 1700 Series surface mounted lighting switches are rated as standard at 10 AX.
	2. Modules resist frontal impact PDL's 1500 and 1700 Series switch modules cannot be pushed back into the mounting box if they are struck or pushed from the front.			5. Patented earth terminal Designed for kitchens, bathrooms and laundries, the new 1500 Series waterproof switches are protected to the international protection rating of IP56 offering protection from an electric shock even when switched with wet hands.
	3. New gloss plate finish The face plates of PDL's 1500 Series feature a high-quality gloss finish which is practical and easy to clean.			6.
